I’m a certified Working Genius Facilitator and leadership coach who’s passionate about helping solopreneurs and business owners find more clarity, purpose, and ease in their work. I know how overwhelming it can feel to juggle all the things—I’ve been there myself. That’s why I’m here: to help you take a step back, get clear on what really matters, and create a way forward that works for you.
With years of experience guiding individuals and teams, I’ve learned how to turn challenges into real opportunities for growth. Why the name Enkindle Leadership? When you look up the word enkindle, it is defined as a verb - to cause to ignite, to make bright and glowing. I can’t think of a better word to describe my goal in working with YOU!
